My approach to product is grounded in high-intent user behavior, clear success metrics, and continuous iteration.

Earn the high-intent moment.

The seconds before a purchase, a booking, or a commitment are the most valuable in any product. I build for those moments and hold every decision accountable to what happens in them.

Measure what matters, not what's easy.

Shipping features is straightforward. Knowing whether they moved the business is harder. I define success metrics before writing a spec, and I don't call it a win until the data says so.

Alignment is a product deliverable.

The gap between a strong roadmap and a shipped product is almost always alignment. I treat cross-functional clarity as part of the work, not a separate overhead.

Ship to learn, then iterate without ego.

The best products improve because they reach real users early, not because they were planned longer. Ship intentionally, learn quickly, and update your assumptions.
